ALMA, N.B. — Parks Canada is looking for public feedback on its draft management plan for Fundy National Park.
The review looks to gather comments and suggestions on the proposed vision for the park over the next 10 years.
Parks Canada said some themes in the park’s plan include reconciling with the region’s First Nation communities, ecological integrity, sustainable operations, year-round experiences for visitors and improving the understanding of Fundy’s history.
The agency also noted residents should consider whether their proposed vision for Fundy National Park aligns with the priorities and targets that address the conservation and protection of the natural and cultural values of the park.
Those looking to help review the plan can fill out an online form after reading the management plan.
